Your Cost to run an Ad with us

1. First of all, our listings are FREE and stay on our site until you tell us your car is sold. 
2. When you sell your car as a result of our lead, we ask for a tax-deductible donation.  This is only in the event we sent you the buyer, and you concluded a sale with that buyer. Once we verify the sale was to the buyer we sent you, your donation will be charged to the credit card you gave us when you placed your free Ad.
3. If you sell your car, or if you are no longer offering it for sale, please let us know as soon as possible. We do not mark a car sold unless we can verify it is YOU that called us. We may ask you to verify information we have on file to verify your request. Once you verify, we remove your ad within 3 days and you should stop getting unwanted calls. If you cannot verify, your ad remains active online. This prevents unscrupulous persons from playing a prank on you by canceling your ad. Once you tell us that your vehicle is sold or traded, your ad will be marked "Sold" for around a week, then removed.

What we need from YOU

1. Please fill out the listing Order Form as completely as possible, and submit the form.
2. After submitting your request, please be sure to look at the ONSCREEN Order Confirmation, you will see the instructions on how to send us the photos of your car. You should send us at least five (5), and up to ten (10) photo images in .jpg format.

What WE do for you

1. From the contact information you give us, we build a custom webpage advertising your car, this page will have it's own URL, up to fifteen (15) thumbnail photos that link to enlarged photos, and up to five hundred (500) words of text;
2. We also make a custom contact form for the visitors interested in your car to use to contact you, so please be sure to double check that the email address you give us is correct;
3. We do not share your name, phone numbers, or email address with anyone, we simply forward serious inquiries to you;
4. If you promise to give us a $200.00 tax deductible donation (after we send you a buyer that buys your car) we list your car with one (1) thumbnail photo and an abbreviated ad, on a Classification page that applies to your car;
5. If you promise to give us a $350.00 tax deductible donation (after we send you a buyer that buys your car) we also will list your car with one (1) thumbnail photo and an abbreviated ad, on a our Cars for Sale Homepage;
6. If you promise to give us a $500.00 tax deductible donation (after we send you a buyer that buys your car) we will also build a Banner advertising your car, and feature this Banner on our California Car Show Calendar.

Please Note:

If we suspect a message from a buyer is either fraudulent, or a scam of some sort, we will let you know of our suspicions when we forward that message to you, but regardless we assume no liability for anything resulting from messages we forward to you. (also read seller info)

Also Note: We reserve the right to refuse this free service to anyone.  This site is primarily for the California rodder, we list California Cars in separate Categories. Non-California Cars have their own Category so that the California rodder can easily distinguish them from the easy-to-register California Cars. When Classic Cars, Custom Cars, Antique Cars, and Street Rods are brought into the State of California they must be inspected by the California Highway Patrol (CHP) for compliance with smog laws. When they see engine modifications, or a car with a different engine and/or drive train other than was OEM, they require it to meet the smog laws according to the year of the 'engine', not the year of the car. So, for example if you bought a Street Rod outside California, and it was powered by a blown Z06Vette engine, and you want to register it in California, after the inspection you would have to remove the blower and any other non-factory parts, then install all the factory smog parts, before they would allow it to be registered and legal to drive on the streets of California.  Who wants to do that? but that's the way it is!
